Before and during my time in the darkroom I have been trying to edit my pictures in to a final series. Although this will be the final edit/series for the show it won't be the final edit over all as it's something I hope to continue with.
I've had taken so many pictures since September/October time but I managed to edit these down to about 25-30 I liked and felt represented my idea. From this selection I have whittled it down to about 15, from these 15 I would to choose about 10-12 images. 10-12 because it really depends on how much space I get once in the exhibition space.
The picture below shows a selection of the final 15, but not all and since this picture was taken - last Friday - the selection has changed slightly.
Yesterday, I had a meeting with the tutor who had second marked my research, although her comments were mixed (nothing to negative but nothing brilliantly positive) it was somewhat useful to have someone else take on things. Throughout this project I haven't been concerned with whether everyone likes my project or not, at the end of the day everyone's taste is different.
She gave me her view on the images she felt I should use, needless to say... I don't like selection she gave me. Although I can see her point in choosing these images I think if I used them that I would be exhibiting a completely outcome to what I wanted.

Some of the images she has picked do cross over with ones I have picked myself but I honestly think she may have selected the one she is visually interested in rather than working within my theme.
